To celebrate the 70th anniversary of the founding of the People's Republic of China,we are honoring those exemplary and meritorious figures who have made outstanding contributions to the development of the People's Republic of China.

A total of eight people were awarded the Order of the Republic on April. 17.2021.Teacher Tu Youyou, who successfully extracted artemisinin, is the only medical scientist who was awarded the medal of the Republic of China this time. She is not troubled by fame,but still maintains her dedication and focus on scientific research.
